About Jamia M.A. Psychology Course
The Psychology Department became an independent department in 1986. It started offering different programs over the years: a B.A. in 1981, a PhD in 1984, a B.A. Honors in 1985, an M.A. in Applied Psychology in 1989, and an Advanced Diploma in Counseling Psychology in 2001. Now, it is a well-established department with great facilities for teaching and research in areas like work, social, mental health, and counseling psychology. The department’s work is recognized both nationally and internationally.
The M.A. in Psychology at Jamia Millia Islamia is very popular and attracts students from all over India and other countries & abroad.
Jamia provides two years course in Master of Psychology:
