About Jamia M.B.A.

Jamia Millia Islamia in order to respond to the ever-increasing demand for Full Time quality MBA programme established an autonomous Centre for Management Studies approved by the Executive Council of the University. The MBA (Full Time) Programme, started in the academic session 2003-04.

In MBA – JMI, has 6 specialized streams:

6. M.B.A. (Pharmaceutical Management) [Regular & Self-Financed]

MBA Eligibility Criteria for Jamia Millia Islamia

For M.B.A. / M.B.A. (International Business) / M.B.A. (Entrepreneurship and Family Business):

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade.

For M.B.A. (Executive):

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade. The candidate must have at least 03 years of professional experience after passing qualifying examination.
2. Experience: Applicant must have 3 years’ experience at Executive level in Government and Private sector including Public Limited/Private Limited Company/ P.S.U/M.N.C/M.N.E/3 Wings of Armed forces.

For M.B.A. (Healthcare & Hospital Management):

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or core CGPA 5 on a 10-point scale from a recognized institution.
2. Selection Procedure: On the basis of score secured in the entrance test conducted by JMI and fulfilling other minimum eligibility, candidates shall be called for GD/PI. The Total Merit will have the following components:
   • a) Written Test: 170 Marks (objective type questions, MCQs, comprising Health, Environmental Awareness, Reasoning and Data Analysis, Comprehension and Verbal Ability, Quantitative and Numerical Ability.
   • b) Group Discussion / Personal Interview/Aptitude Assessment: 30 Marks

For M.B.A. (Pharmaceutical Management):

1. Bachelor’s degree in Medical Pharmacy, Biotech and Science or in any other discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or core CGPA 5 on a 10-point scale from a recognized institution.
2. Selection Procedure: On the basis of score secured in the entrance test conducted by JMI and fulfilling other minimum eligibility, candidates shall be called for GD/PI. The Total Merit will have the following components:

Jamia MBA Exam Test Centre

Entrance Tests shall be conducted at 7 Cities across India and at Jamia Campus.

• For MBA (Full Time / International Business / Entrepreneurship): Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata, Guwahati, Patna, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram.
• For MBA (Executive): Delhi (Mainly at Jamia Campus)
• For MBA (Healthcare & Hospital Management): Delhi (Mainly at Jamia Campus)
• For MBA (Pharmaceutical Management): Delhi (Mainly at Jamia Campus)

JMI MBA Admit Card

University will release the M.B.A. 2026 admit card but one or two week before the entrance exam. The candidates have to download their admit from the Jamia’s website: www.jmicoe.in
