About Jamia B.ED (Bachelor of Education)
Jamia’s B.Ed is 2 year program at Jamia Millia Islamia. It has total 200 seats for B.Ed, 30 for Special Education and 30 for Nursery Education.
Entrance Forms
Jamia B.Ed Entrance forms will be available in the first or second week of the February 2020.
B.Ed Eligibility Criteria for Jamia Millia Islamia
- Bachelor’s Degree in school teaching subject with not less than 50% marks.
- Bachelor’s Degree school teaching subject with not less than 45% marks AND at least 50% marks in Master’s Degree Examination in the same school teaching subject in which the candidate has applied.
- Applicants for teaching of Commerce must possess a Master’s Degree in Commerce with at least 50% marks.
- A candidate must have passed at least two teaching subjects up to graduation/ post graduation level. However, a compulsory subject likes General Urdu/ General English/ Compulsory Hindi will not be accepted as teaching subjects.
- Applied discipline / Subjects such as Mathematical Physics, Electronics, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Bio chemistry, B.Sc.(H) Nautical Science, Molecular Biology, B.Tech in any stream etc. will not be considered as a school teaching subject.
- Teaching subjects must have been counted in awarding the division at graduation level.
Jamia B.Ed Exam Centre
Entrance Tests shall be conducted at New Delhi (Mainly at Jamia Millia Islamia campus).
Jamia B.Ed Admit Card
The university will release the B.Ed 2020 admit card one or two week before the entrance exam. The candidates have to download their admit from the Jamia’s website: www.jmicoe.in

Result 2020 B.Ed
The Jamia University will release the entrance result after two or three weeks of exam. And counselling will be start in the month of August 2020.
