JMI Admit Card Released Date

The Jamia Millia Islamia 2020 entrance exam admit cards will probably be released on Late October, 2020. Due to virus it may be late. Jamia mostly releases admit card 7 days before the main exam date. The Jamia university releases JMI entrance exam admit card for different courses on their official website as per the prescribed schedule.

However, it may be noted that the university also informs students about the availability of admit cards through SMS on their registered mobile numbers and email Ids.

The admit card is an only document which needs to be carried to the exam test centre. Students who have successfully registered for JMI test are advised that the official website to download the JMI entrance exam admit card will only be available between 1st – 25th October 2020 (tentative).

However candidates may download their admit card just before their entrance test.

How To Download Jamia Admit Card

Step 1:  After the students has successfully filled and submitted the JMI application forms, the students can download their admit cards (Hall Ticket) which will be released on the official website of the Jamia university.

*Students will also be notified on their registered email-ID and phone numbers which the applicant registered while applying.

Step 2: The students will have to visit the official website of the Jamia university. From there on, the JMI aspirant will have to enter their login ID/email ID and password to access the portal.

Step 3: Once the students have entered the details, a button will be available ‘Download Admit Card’. Students can click on the link to download the JMI admit card.

Note: After downloading the admit card, Students are advised to take two printouts of the JMI admit card (one for their record, in case if they lost it) . Aspirants need to check and verify their details before appearing for the JMI 2020 entrance exam. If there is any wrong information or misprint in the card, the candidate can contact the Jamia university.

Important Things To Remember

1. Students are required to carry a minimum of two identity cards along with JMI admit cards. These identify cards may be Aaadhar Card, PAN Card or Driving Licence, etc. Students are also advised to keep the admit card carefully after the entrance exam for future purposes.
2. The Jamia admit card should also contain a self-attested colored passport size photograph affixed on it. Without the photograph, the candidate will not be allowed to sit for the Jamia entrance exam.
3. The JMI entrance exam venue will be mentioned on the JMI admit card. Students are advised to reach the exam centre at least one hour before the scheduled time.
4. Without the admit card, Students will not be allowed to sit for the entrance exam.
5. The admit card will not be sent by the university via mail, post or courier. However, the candidates will be notified on the registered numbers and email IDs on when the admit card will be released. The candidate can download the admit card from the official website of the university.

A. No, electronic devices are allowed at the Jamia exam centre. Students will have to download the admit card and take a colored print out of the same and carry it to the exam centre. Only Physical admit card will be accepted.

A. The admit card for candidates appearing for JMI M.Phil and Doctoral entrance exams can download the admit card once released on 25th September 2020. The dates are yet to be released by the Jamia university.
