About Jamia B.A (Hons) English
Jamia’s B.A English is 4 year program at Jamia Millia Islamia. It has total 60 seats for B.A English (Honours). English has been taught in Jamia Millia Islamia since its inception in 1920. Syed Raouf Pasha, who taught English language and D. G. Ibsen, who taught Journalism, were Jamia’s first English teachers.

B.A English Eligibility Criteria for Jamia Millia Islamia
Senior Sec. School Certificate (12th Class) or an equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate or in the subject concerned.
Jamia B.A English Exam Centre
Entrance Tests shall be conducted at New Delhi (Mainly at Jamia Millia Islamia campus).
Jamia B.A English Admit Card
The university will release the B.A English 2024 admit card one or two week before the entrance exam. The candidates have to download their admit from the Jamia’s website: www.jmicoe.in
