D1: I forget to download the Spot Registration Slip. What should do Now?
Answer: Spot Registration Slip is important document, but if you don’t have then don’t worry about it because it’s not mentioned in the notice!
D2: There is no list of selected students for spot counseling. Will Jamia release any list?
Answer: No, there is no such list for spot counseling.
D3: I didn’t applied for spot registration on 5th January 2021, am I still eligible for counseling?
Answer: No, only students who had applied for spot registration are eligible. i.e (05-01-2021-09-01-2021).
D4: How can I check whether I am eligible for these courses or not?
Answer: Download prospectus from Jamia Site and Check the basic eligibility of the course. [Download Prospectus]
D5: I don’t have original documents, will it create any problem?
Answer: Original Documents is mentioned on the notice.
D6: What does it mean “Concerned Department”?
Answer: Department and course name in mentioned on the prospectus i.e., page 13 – 21. Suppose if you have applied for B.Voc Solar Energy then your department is Department of Physics.
D7: Can I send other person on my behalf?
Answer: No, your physical presence is required.
D8: What are the chances of selection in spot counseling?
Answer: It depends upon the no. of students present on 15th February. If there will be more students then there will be some kind of merit selction procedure.
D9: Will Jamia extend this date?
Answer: No, as last date of all admissions in JMI is 15th February 2021.
D10: I don’t have all original documents. Can I submit it later?
Answer: Some original documents like Marksheets, etc are required for the verification at the time of spot counseling. If you don’t have, then you can request for the same to your Head.
